Sell a defined service, not an open-ended promise
Start with monitoring, a review of the most useful findings and an agreed allowance for improvements. Explain which websites and integrations you can support. Treat migrations, large rewrites and specialist work as separate conversations rather than quietly absorbing them into a retainer.
- State the review and reporting cadence.
- Set the amount of implementation and revision time.
- Keep rankings and lead volumes out of contractual promises.
Price the whole delivery process
Your costs include the platform, onboarding, client meetings, editorial review and technical work. An attractive reseller price means little if every account needs unplanned hours. Measure a small pilot before you roll a package out across your client base.
Work through the recurring revenue modelUse the beta to test your offer
Sitewell already supports the monitoring and improvement workflows that underpin an ongoing service. The agency beta is an opportunity to agree a workable delivery model around them. Agency pricing, reseller terms and service levels are not published packages yet.
Understand how the white-label relationship worksA few useful answers
Is there a fixed reseller discount?
Agency commercial terms are being explored during the beta. We have not published a reseller margin or minimum-volume commitment.
Can I promise a first-page ranking?
No. Sell a clear process and useful work. Search results depend on competition, the website, demand and decisions outside either agency’s control.
